in your facial expressions...

in your body posture...

in your treatment of them...

in your dreams for them...

in your remarks about them to others...

in your reactions to them...

in your "invited" pursuit of sexual pleasure taking and giving...

in your patience with them...

in your translation of their communication with you...

in your enjoyment of their presence...

When you are spending all your time
with only positive thoughts running through your mind...
you don't have time to entertain pain, grief, unhappiness, sorrow, betrayal,
etc., etc., etc.

You are at your peak when you are expressing love.
You are within the one and only
endless stream of moments that pass with each click of the clock.
Tik, tok, tik, tok....

In Order to express Love...

Become a leader.

Become a leader of your own thinking...
find yourself being a vanguard
for the kinds of thoughts you choose to dwell upon...
to feast upon...
to nourish yourself upon.
When you learn to love yourself like this...
you become more and more like that which you love.

Become wise.

Take into considerations all those things which will make today better...
to make it easier to love...
to help you express love more tenderly...
to take you to the heights of ecstacy...

To become a better you.

In Order to express Love...

Become loveable.

You know how some animals exude loveable-ness.
They're so cute and cuddly.
You just want to touch them with pets and rubs,
and talk baby talk to them.
You use this kind of energy with animals...
why not with humans?

Take a look at the monkeys.
Look at how they groom and preen other each other...
well...
they need to with all those ticks
and communities of lice
and other creepy crawly things there are...
for them a source of protein.

Well people don't have those creepy crawly things
or at least if they do...
you're not trying to create a relationship with them.

Doncha think...
People should come with an ingredient lable
that we could scan and find out what they're all about.
But, they don't.

Unless you want them unconditionally.
And, why would you want that?
Create a list of conditions that you would want them to have.
Write it down.

Then... don't expect them to have the same sensitivities and sensibilities as you.
If you do... you set yourself up for failure.
You and only you operate within perameters
that you've programmed for yourself ever since you were born.

Now take all this and express love.

Put an MSU title at the end of the name on your business card.
MSU means Makes Stuff Up.

Make it up as you go.
Life has never been lived before.
We make it up as we go.
We set ourselves up as we make our decisions for each moment that goes by.

Now that we've taken a look at how we should express love in our life...
let's expect the same in return and find just that.

Of course, we must still put up with things in life
that don't reflect what we're putting out...
karma isn't always cracked up to what it should be.
Shoulda... woulda... coulda.
That's looking at the past and drearily drudging up how things coulda been
if we would've done
what we should've done.

What a boring past time of thinking.
Excuse me but I have better things to be dwelling on.
I have a part of my mind screening negative thoughts out of my mental menu.

I refuse to eat at the table of the knowledge of good and evil.
I choose to dwell only on the positive
and file the negative in the back of the cabinet
(where I seldom look),
and take good care of my corner of the universe...
my little plot of ground in the garden of Life.

Real liberty you earn.
Freedom is given to you and it can be taken away.
